  • Our treats are meant for happy moments, not full meals.

    As a general guide:
    • Small dogs: 1–3 treats per day
    • Medium dogs: 2–5 treats per day
    • Large dogs: 3–7 treats per day

    Always adjust based on your dog’s size, activity level, and regular diet.

    These treats are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only.

  • We keep it simple.

    Depending on the flavor, our treats contain:

    • Korean Sweet Potato Fries: 100% Korean sweet potatoes
    • Original Sweet Potato Fries: 100% orange sweet potatoes
    • Chi-Style Fries: a blend of Korean and orange sweet potatoes

    No fillers.

    No artificial anything.

  • Most puppies over 12 weeks old can enjoy our treats.

    We recommend starting with small pieces and supervising while they chew.

    If your puppy has a sensitive stomach or specific dietary needs, check with your vet before introducing new treats.

  • Store treats in a cool, dry place with the bag sealed tightly.

    No refrigeration is required, but you can refrigerate or freeze them if you’d like to extend freshness.

    Once opened, we recommend using within 3–4 weeks for best quality.

    Because we use real ingredients and no preservatives, natural variations in color and texture may occur.

  • We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders.

    Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

    At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • Dogs have opinions and we respect them.

    If your pup doesn’t love their treats or you experience any issues, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.

    As with any new food, introduce slowly and monitor your dog for any sensitivities.
